During your first day of tour, we include an introductory walking tour to Kathmandu Durbar Square through a local spice market and a drive to enjoy the views from the hilltop Swayambunath Stupa, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. and visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Nagarkot, Gorkha,Pokhara, chitwan. We will visit most of the amazing places of Nepal. The most rewarding way to see Nepal and people, their culture and rich heritage by walking or hiking like the traders or pilgrims.

Detail Itineraries:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu International Airport (TIA), you will be greeted by our representative from Leisure Holidays. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing (Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath
After breakfast at hotel, you will explore Kathmandu and its narrow streets, ancient monuments in the form of Temples and Stupas and have a wonderful walk around the World Heritage Sites and sightseeing tour around Kathmandu, visiting Swayambhunath (the Monkey Temple), Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. After visiting Kathmandu valley, back to hotel, have rest and Overnight stay at hotel in kathmandu

Day 03: Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Nagarkot
We start the trip from Kathmandu after breakfast and drive to Bhaktapur and walk or drive further Changu Narayan. The route from Bhaktapur to Changu Narayan and to Nagarkot provides spectacular and interesting views of the country side and the mountains. Then drive you back (after sunset View from Nagarkot in the evening) to Kathmandu.

Day 04: Kathmandu - Gorkha
After breakfast in the hotel, we head toward Gorkha by coach/van/car. From Kathmandu valley which take normally 4 hours by drive to reach in your destination. Rest of time is at your leisure.

Day 05-06: Gorkha Sightseeing
After breakfast in the hotel, drive to Gorkha Durbar. About one hour's walk uphill from the bus station, an ancient historical palace is situated on the top of the fortified hill. Ten meters below the palace's southern side, is the sacred cave temple of Gorkhanath. The cave is is carved out of the solid rock and is among the most important religious sites for Brahmins and Chhetris of Nepal. Then you visit Upallokot which is suitated at 20 minutes walking distance from Gorkha palace. where you can enjoyed the spectacular view of Gorkha palace and the sliver shining snow-fed peaks. After finishing sighseeing around gorkha palace, then drive you back to Hotel.

In next Morning after the Breakfast you will visit gorkha bazzar, it is worth a visit as it provides a very good vista of the quiet charm that soaks a typical hill village of Nepal.then you will drive to Manakamana Temple. It is situated 12 km south of Gorkha bazzar. you will reach manakamana temple is through cable car. Cable car is operating from kurintar. The cable car ride covers a distance of 2.8 km. with 31 passenger and 3 cargo cars, each with a seating capacity of 6. It is a famous pilgrimage site for Hindus.
Overnight stay at standard Lodge.

Day 07: Gorkha - Pokhara
After breakfast, drive towards Pokhara will take approximate 4-5 hours. Enjoy your trip through the winding roads that will cross Madi river in Damauli. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Pokhara Sightseeing
Enjoy the entire day starting with an early morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise and and then hike back to the city. Later, you can visit places like Fewa Lake, Devis fall, Gupteshwar cave, Int'l Mountain Museum, Bindhyabashani temple, White river (Seti Gorge), Regional Museum, per market and Lakeside stroll around the small city in bicycle.

Day 09: Pokhara - Chitwan
Early morning drive from Pokhara to Chitwan will let you experience the landscape variations and you run across bustling business hubs. On arrving Chitwan, you will be briefed about the place and the next day’s plans about exploring the National Park.

Day 10: Chitwan National Park
You will be spending the entire day in the vicinity of National Park where you will have a nature walk for bird watching, visit the elephant breeding centre, attend the presentation on flora and fauna, enjoy the elephant safari inside the community forest and many more. You can enjoy your evening on the banks of Rapti River.

Day 11: Chitwan to Kathmandu
Drive towards Kathmandu on a tourist coach that will take approximately 5-6 hours. Once you reach Kathmandu, explore the local places around Thamel and enjoy the live music sessionos that are offered by many restaurants.

Day 12: Departure
As this is the last day of Discover Nepal Tour, you will prepare for your departure on this day. Make sure you have got all your souvenirs in your luggage and have all the necessary documents to make it easy for the immigration officials at the International airport. You will be transferred to the airport by taxi/car. The tours around Kathmandu ends but the memories will be eternal.

Kathmandu - City of Temples :

The Kathmandu city has a rich history, spanning nearly 2000 years, as inferred from inscriptions found in the valley. Kathmandu was ranked third among the top 10 travel destinations on the rise in the world. Kathmandu is the gateway to tourism in Nepal. It is surrounded by four major mountains: Shivapuri, Phulchoki, Nagarjun, and Chandragiri. Religious and cultural festivities form a major part of the lives of people residing in Kathmandu.

Changu Narayan Temple

Changu Narayan Temple which is one of the Temple listed in World Heritage Site. The ancient temple of Changu Narayan is located on a high hilltop that is also known as Changu or Dolagiri. The temple is surrounded by forest with champak tree and a small village. This hill is about 8 miles east of Kathmandu and a few miles north of Bhaktapur. This temple is considered as the oldest temple in Nepal. The temple stands as the epitome of culture, religion, history and faith of the Kathmandu valley. This shrine is dedicated to Lord Visnu and held in especial reverence by the Hindu people.


Nagarkot Situated at an altitude of 2100m from the sea level and 32 kms from Kathmand. It is popular for sunrise and sunset view from the Himalayan range. Nagarkot is popular tourist resort of Nepal. Mt. Everest can be seen from here. Himalayan peaks like Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Gaurishanker, can also clearly seen from Nagarkot.


Gorkha is the birth place of King Prithvi Narayan Shah, the Great, the founder of modern Nepal. His Gorkha palace resides on top of a hill at an altitude of 3,281 feet (about 1,000 meter). Durbar is certainly one of the most outstanding examples of Nepalese architecture, excellent views of the surrounding valleys, the Manaslu range and natural beauty. This beautiful township has always remained as the center of attraction for many Nepalese as well as foreign visitors. There are some places which are interesting place of Gorkha.

Pokhara valley

Pokhara valley is situated at an altitude of 827 meters above the sea level and is 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu valley. Prithivi Highway is the highway linked with by Bhairahawa by Siddhartha Highway [Sunauli border]. The major tourist attractions of Pokhara are its scenic views in and around town including: Devis fall, Gupteshwar cave, Int'l Mountain Museum, Bindhyabashani Temple, White river (Seti Gorge), Regional Museum, per market and Lakeside market. Pokhara offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Manaslu, five peaks of Annapurnas and many others.


Chitwan has a particularly rich flora and fauna. Nepal's first national park, the Chitwan National Park together with the adjacent Parsa Wildlife Reserve. The Rapti River flows east to south west in the south of Bharatpur and forms the northern border of the Chitwan National Park. The Narayani River flows north to south in the west of Bharatpur. It is the deepest and also one of the biggest rivers of Nepal. The Narayani Bridge over the river connects Chitwan District with Nawalparasi District. Das Dhunga is a famous place in Chitwan. Narayangarh is the main shopping area of Bharatpur city. Is the main transit point for all the vehicles traveling via east-west Mahendra Highway and also for the people traveling from Kathmandu, Gorkha, and Pokhara through Mugling road. Recently, Narayangarh has become a retail and commercial capital of whole Chitwan district and Bharatpur Municipality. It is also the center for hospitality industry which includes hotels, lodges, restaurants and transportation hub for the district.

Chitwan National Park

Chitwan National Park is the first national park in Nepal. Formerly called Royal Chitwan National Park it was established in 1973 and granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. It covers an area of 932 km2 (360 sq mi) and is located in the subtropical Inner Terai lowlands of south-central Nepal in the Chitwan District. In altitude it ranges from about 100 m (330 ft) in the river valleys to 815 m (2,674 ft) in the Churia Hills. In the north and west of the protected area the Narayani-Rapti river system forms a natural boundary to human settlements. Chitwan National Park is the most popular destination for tourists in the southern part of Nepal. This is the first famous national park of Nepal in the field of wildlife safaris. Currently, two jungle safari packages are available, one is outside the park and the other is inside the park.

The protected areas are guarded by a battalion of the Nepal Army and patrolled by anti-poaching units. Rare species include Bengal tiger, gharial and the world's second largest population of Asian Rhinoceros but also leopards, Mugger crocodile, Indian rock python and several species ofdeer. The lake is very attractive for the bird lovers and serves as an important bird watching centre.The lake area houses lots of crocodiles and thus is equally attractive for the reptile lovers. The Lake Lies nearby Chitwan National Park. Bish hazari lake lies just 5 km (3.1 mi) south of the city centre (Chaubishkothi) of Bharatpur.
